As tribes prepare to take advantage of unprecedented amounts of pandemic-relief funding -- collectively, a wave of more than $65 billion from various US government agencies -- planning for broadband network acquisitions has become a top priority, and the need for effective contracting has never been greater.

Building upon the highly acclaimed webinar hosted last month by CILS -- entitled "The Good, the Bad & the Ugly: Procurement Practices for Tribal Broadband" -- telecommunications experts will provide a deeper dive on critical contracting considerations. Attend this follow-on webinar where broadband experience, legal analysis and strategy perspectives will be shared by BBK, a law firm that works with government jurisdictions and enterprises; Geeks Without Frontiers, a non-profit organization that advises communities on broadband best practices; and Teltech, a tribally-led technology company with an extensive track record in contracting and procurement.
